DocuSign offers great documents preparation features which allows me to keep all the documents that needs signing well organized, allowing me to have a clear overview of which documents are already signed and which ones are on the waitlist. I also like the advanced security features offered in DocuSign including multifactor authentication which help ensure that only me can access and sign documents. DocuSign also has a direct share feature which makes it easy to share or transfer documents directly after signing them. It has a very friendly user interface that makes it easy to add new signature fields on documents using drag and drop technology. > > **Desventajas**: I have been fully impressed by the quality of services i have been getting from DocuSign and i have not found anything to dislike about it so far.
