It even tracks field personnel time. This allowed us to cancel several other software programs that we were using and got everybody on the same page saving time which saves money. > > **Desventajas**: It takes some time to learn all the nuances of the program to become fluent in "simPROese". > > It has saved us money overall by bringing all employees into the same software program eliminating unnecessary phone calls and conversations internally to determine job status, order status, etc. Customer service is amazing from the training, hand holding during implementation and customer support after the sale. simPRO believes in relationships with their clients. There should be some control for this and this is almost to the point where the product is unusable because of security requirements we have from our own customers. > > It is pretty good. The support improved with the transition from Australia to local US support. The time management of real time to scheduled is very clunky and hard to report on for accurate information. > > In general you need to go into the setup of Simpro with your eyes open. Test all essential workflows as there will be snags.
