The primary reason we switched over to RUN by ADP was for compliance purposes. When payroll runs being able to easily track sick time, vacation time, worker's comp, and retirement with a few clicks has saved our company hours of work each week at a great price. > > **Desventajas**: There are a few systems and communication pieces that our employees receive that sound a bit more corporate than our companies typical communication that I wish I could edit. > > Highly recommend ADP. I've gotten my brother's company using them and have referred them to others in my city and community as well. It seems like many employees have worked for companies that use them at this point as well, so there's a lot of familiarity with how to navigate their systems. Once we finally got assigned a specialist and have the same person to talk to about our account things have run smoother. > > **Desventajas**: ADP did not put enough time into the setup process before our first payroll thus many categories or specifics were not setup for us so when we went to process our first payroll it took nearly 2 days to complete. ADP had to keep making correction after correction. Tax rates were entered incorrectly so deductions were wrong. To be honest it was quite a headache getting everything corrected and right. > > It got off to a VERY ROUGH start, but after a month or so things seem to be running smoother. A more simplified or customizable menu—where users could hide features they don’t use regularly—would make the interface even easier to navigate.
