Stripe payment account creation was perfect for us. Helped us get organized and financials can be easily exported for YTD and Year End reporting, etc. The few times I have needed support, the team has been responsive in an appropriate amount of time based on the issue at hand. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lodgify. > > **Desventajas**: The only constant in hospitality is change. I wish Lodgify would have a pivot or sleep function. We sold and closed our hospitality business in one city, and began construction of a new business and properties elsewhere. We still needed a website (pre-opening marketing, email marketing capture, announcements, blog posts etc). But we wouldn't be generating revenue for a decent amount of time. The only other issue (this was a few years ago) was that Booking.com was sooo confusing to use and didn't sync properly or well at the time, which created several issues with financials and double bookings. We are looking forward to getting back to revenue to see if this has changed. > > Overall, its reduced time, reduced redundant and complicated tasks and puts everything within view. The platform is riddled with bugs, and despite having already paid for two months of the subscription, I still haven't even been able to connect my web page. Support has been completely unhelpful. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received generic responses or been passed around with no real resolution and pure rudeness from "Support". It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers. The people in customer support have been amazing. Patient, professional, polite and above all very knowledgeable. Most of the bugs and issues have been from my lack of knowledge and Lodgufy have always managed to point me in the right direction to fix any and all problems. The software works well integrating with the other platforms for managing bookings and updating the listings for me. So far it has been value for money that I paid. I would recommend the company for new customers who have no idea where to start on there journey as a short term rental owner. > > **Desventajas**: Some of the links on the self help pages do not correspond with what you are looking at on the platform.
