It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers. Lodgify made it easy to integrate with a secure payment processing service (Stripe). We use the automated price optimisation facility which gives me a lot of confidence that we are maximising both our daily price and occupancy. The AI help system is REMARKABLE\! Virtually all questions I have had were quickly solved. And when I needed human tech support that has been quick and super helpful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from a software company. Help articles on subjects like SEO have helped me further improve performance.
