> We are a food manufacturer, and have a team selling into grocery channels.  Having one CRM where every rep could see who was calling on what stores was key.  Previously, we had issues where one rep would attempt to sell an account that another rep had already been working on.  Not anymore.

We also like the pipeline feature.  It could be more robust, but as simple as it is, we get everything that we need from it.
