> **Puntos a favor**: It makes managing my business credit card expenses simple. And make it easy to upload receipts, photograph and even email them to my expensify account. At the end of the month, my expense report is quick and accurate.  My accountant appreciates it all of the detail.

I also love the visual design of the platform. It's clean, modern, and uses a great color palette, which actually makes a tedious chore like expense reporting much more pleasant.

> **Desventajas**: The separation between individual "expenses" and final "reports" can be clunky and a bit confusing for a casual user who only logs in once a month. Also, when I duplicate a past expense to use as a template, it occasionally fails to carry over all the dropdown information, forcing me to manually re-select categories from a massive company list.

> Overall, my experience with Expensify has been very positive and streamlined. It has cut the time I spend on monthly administrative overhead in half by eliminating messy manual spreadsheets. Aside from a few minor workflow quirks with templates and report organization, it’s a highly reliable tool that gets me reimbursed quickly. 💯
