While I begin to utilize the program more in depth, I'm certain that the features and functions will become much easier to navigate. While sending signatures to clients, it appears that the client has to enter verification codes for each signature they are assigned. This has proven to be troublesome to some of our clients while navigating a new platform, even though they have verified their identity with their 6 digit PIN already. > > My experience thus far has been extremely pleasant. The team at Basil has been wonderful and exceeded my expectations with the level of support they provide. While I'm still learning the platform, I have had several questions that have been immediately addressed by the Basil team, providing useful information and further explaining processes beyond my expectations.
