I used Wati for only one month, and I encountered several critical issues that potential users should be aware of:

The credit system is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand what you are actually paying for.

There is no option to cancel directly from the platform. Instead, users are required to send an email, and cancellation must be requested at least two days in advance, which is highly inconvenient.

The information on how to cancel is not easily accessible, and this seems designed to make the process more difficult than necessary.

This type of commercial practice may be considered unfair under EU consumer protection laws, especially given the lack of transparency and the deliberate friction in the cancellation process.

It is, at the very least, surprising that Meta lists Wati as an authorized partner, considering the user experience related to subscription management.

Most of the challenges we have had are related to first-time setup and learning, but that is normal for such a powerful and versatile system.
