It's a flexible, dependable, reliable product. I must say that their customer service has been excellent, usually replying the same day to queries by email.

TuCalendi is super-flexible in terms of the being able to request different information from clients for different types of meetings. It also has lots of integrations and webhooks to make processing that information easy.
Desventajas
The flexibility offered does mean TuCalendi requires lots of information when you're setting up a new type of calendar.

What I like most is its flexibility and to have multiple calendars under different URL slugs. Calendar sync works fine. [sensitive content hidden] and his team is incredible quick and supportive when it comes to questions or specific requirements. Outstanding support mentality!
Desventajas
It would be nice if I could select a different confirmation link / URL depending on the language used. At the moment I can only change the language of the text fields, but not the destination / URL after booking is confirmed. Some fonts and colors in the front end are not customizable which is a basically minor thing but it would be really nice to have more flexibility for corporate identity reasons. It would be nice if I could customize the "Event Colors" with my own hex code #. At the moment there's only a pre-selection possible. Additionally there is only one way how the answers to questionnaires are shown in the admin confirmation e-mail. It would be nice if the output of the questionnaire results were better formatted (line spacing, paragraphs, etc.).

Very happy with TuCalendi!

This calendar-tool is priced very fair, is looking professional and is easy to use. The best is the customer service, if I want to learn a new setup -they answer and help within 24 hours!
Desventajas
What I still miss: If I want to block one slot or day, I have to block it in each calendar, which takes a lot of time. Great would be also, if I could sync some of my appointments from my Google-Calendar (that I make on the phone) automatically with Tucalendi. But I'm sure that TuCalendi will find a solution also for that.
