Vividly was a small but efficient team 3 years ago, with a focus on providing outstanding service and effective tools and today has grown to be an extremely valuable tool with many more capabilities for us. Their system is so easy to learn and teach others, which I've done a lot of. They also have functions that help me quickly and easily create and manage many promotions at once. We have used their forecasting tool for over a year. It’s extremely helpful to have volume automatically flow into our promotions, and for those promotions to flow back to the forecast. The forecast tool has streamlined and improved our internal process with our Finance and Production Teams. The Vividly team is professional, experienced in the CPG industry, friendly, helpful, and always willing to listen to requests and ideas to make managing our Trade less complicated. For a fast-growing company, the consistency and timeliness of their customer service has not waivered.
