I love that you have full control over each step in the workflow thus allowing you to completely customize the experience for the end user. Equally impressive is that the analytics provide both data on the workflow as a whole as well as step specific insight. This really helps when trying to understand potential roadblocks or weak points in a flow. The new document feature which opens the door to creating client intake documents with advanced filtering is also something thats going to be super useful. Finally, Upflowy’s onboarding team has been very helpful with answering questions and walking me through the platform and it’s potential. > > **Desventajas**: Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX \& UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected.
