Our plant managers specifically like the ability to see the machine status and performance when not in the office from their mobile phones. We use "Call for Templates" at our presses. Press operators can make requests to tow motor drivers. e.g. Coil needed, Scrap needs to be removed, a finished container needs to be stocked.
