Our rep is always proactive, checks in regularly, and provides outstanding customer service whenever we have questions or need assistance.

> **Desventajas**: We did experience a minor issue at one point where there was a brief delay after answering a call before the caller could hear us. However, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly by their team with minimal disruption to our office.

> After running a dental office for over 30 years, I’ve worked with MANY software companies-and unfortunately, not all of those experiences have been positive. I would absolutely recommend Adit to any dental practice or physician looking to elevate their office systems and patient communication.

What stands out the most is their support team. Anytime we need help, we’re able to reach someone quickly, and they provide real solutions rather than just sending us a generic article.

> **Desventajas**: f there’s one area Adit can continue improving, it’s their insurance verification protocols. There is room for smoother automation and workflow refinement. That said, they are constantly working on updates and enhancements, and we’ve already seen improvements since adopting the platform.
