All I needed was a simple 15-minute conversation with a human to understand if HubSpot was even the right fit for my business needs before committing time to a full demo. The fact that this isn't an option shows a complete disregard for the customer journey. It's clear that their process is designed to push expensive products, not to help business owners make informed decisions. If you are looking for a company that values building a relationship and understanding your needs, this is not the place. The focus is clearly on the dollars, not the customer.
