Overall I am happy with QuickBooks. Though they have been increasing prices too much. I stated with $150 a month. Now they are over $360 for me.
Puntos a favor
It’s one of the few companies that provide end to end services. I don’t have to run to 3-4 different vendors.
Desventajas
It’s a big monster. Left hand does not want to know what the right hand is doing. I don’t like being tossed around from one rep to another.

Overall, despite these frustrations with the updates, I find QuickBooks Online far superior to other accounting and inventory tools I have used. I have also noticed that customer service has improved significantly over the last few years. I look forward to seeing the platform continue to evolve.

We use QuickBooks Online as our primary accounting tool to manage finances, including invoicing, bill pay, tracking income and expenses, syncing bank transactions, and generating financial reports.
I appreciate having these tools all in one place. It simplifies our customer management by keeping account notes, invoices, and payments organized. The ability to sync our bank account for real-time reconciliation is also a significant benefit. Our books have never looked better!
Desventajas
The frequent interface updates can be challenging. Some changes feel clunky or convoluted, making it frustrating to re-learn the layout constantly. While the "classic view" helps in some areas, I believe the platform would benefit from taking customer feature requests more seriously to improve usability.

Very poor experience, was lied to by the salesperson. We tried the online version at a discount...
Very poor experience, was lied to by the salesperson. We tried the online version at a discount and were told we could switch back to the desktop anytime with help from the support desk. No help. The salesman is no longer with the company, and there is no written agreement to back our claim; it's my fault for that problem.
Since it is now December, we are going to print out two years of detail reports, journal entries, General ledger and any other information we think we will need, and start the new year fresh with a different accounting software provider

User-Friendly Layout, Not much I can say I like about the software. The Desktop is better than online, trying to switch back. They make it very hard to switch back. No support with this option
Desventajas
Buggy software, High-pressure sales. Some of the tech support isn't up to date with the software; it's hit-or-miss when it comes to getting good support—no option for hard-copy backup. Very frustrating to use, stop allowing QB to integrate with Bank account, too many double entries, making bank and credit card reconciliation a problem.

I have had great experiences with using QBO for quickly getting business accounting platforms up and running. I also have used for personal accounting, and the reports are easy to generate and read.

Quickbooks Online, or QBO, is a great tool to get any small to midsize business accounted for. It also goes beyond just bookkeeping with tools to help with cash flow planning, invoicing, and reporting capabilities. I like the fact that it integrates well with other apps and software as well.
Desventajas
I don't like that there are some frequent outages. Also sometimes it can be hard to get representatives that know the answer right away and can help in a timely fashion. Lastly it may not be the right solution for companies with a purchase order process. It does not integrate well with Ivy.

I’ve been using QuickBooks Online to manage my business finances, and overall it’s been a solid experience. It makes it easy to track income and expenses, send invoices, and stay organized without needing an accounting background.
Puntos a favor
What I like most is how accessible everything is in one place and how it saves time compared to manual bookkeeping. The reporting tools are helpful, especially when it comes to understanding cash flow and preparing for taxes.
Desventajas
The pricing can be a bit high, especially as you need to upgrade plans to access certain features. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially if you’re not familiar with accounting software.
