They keep adding numerous new options to the system from ticket management to 360\` HR tools. Once you login you'll be surprised to find that there are several modules (time tracking, attendance, leave management... ) but you can turn them off individually or based on role to really customize the app to your needs. The true value prop is when you use this for your weekly one on ones.
