They did their research on what was needed and that comes full circle as you use it daily. On top of having great Customer Support and response time to questions, issues, concerns or suggestions, Nowsta provides a streamlined staffing software that is easy to use for all. Our response times are cut in half and we have more immediate feedback if a staff member is going to accept the shift or not. The Time \& Attendance feature is super simple to approve times and notice and discrepancies. I would highly recommend. > > **Desventajas**: Currently, the only thing I wish I had with this software.
