DataLyzer Spectrum es un software de SPC (control estadístico de procesos, por sus siglas en inglés) que ayuda a las empresas de fabricación a automatizar las operaciones de recolección de datos, elaboración de gráficos y de analíticas en múltiples ubicaciones. Las capacidades de entrada de datos de la plataforma permiten a las organizaciones registrar información en tiempo real a través de códigos de barras, interfaces de medición, archivos ASCII o clientes ODBC (conectividad de base de datos abierta, por sus siglas en inglés) y adjuntar imágenes o instrucciones de video a los archivos de datos.
DataLyzer Spectrum incluye una funcionalidad de búsqueda, que permite a los equipos filtrar los datos por fecha y hora y ver subgrupos, detalles del operador, turnos y número de lote. Ofrece numerosas funciones, tales como traducción multilingüe, creación de informes personalizables con impresión por lotes, edición de apuntar y disparar, importación de datos, gestión de comparación y más. Los administradores pueden ver, editar y supervisar los procesos, las condiciones estadísticas, el estado de la OEE (eficacia general del equipo, por sus siglas en inglés) o los registros de mantenimiento a través de pantallas codificadas por colores y ver los datos más recientes del taller o los laboratorios a través de gráficos o histogramas de control.
El sistema de notificación de DataLyzer Spectrum envía automáticamente alertas por correo electrónico sobre el estado de los gráficos de control a los supervisores de producción y los ingenieros de calidad. Admite la integración con diversos sistemas de terceros, tales como Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle y MS Access.

Hamlin utilizes the data to correlate with tool maintenance. The stamping tools are time-sensitive which equates to hits per stamping tool set-up. The statistical data helps justify tooling purchases (punches-buttons & form details). The easy of internally communicating the charted data through the e-mail option has been very helpful and documenting actions required to sustain or improve the process.

SPC - real time / shop floor application is one of our primary databases which helps us predict / prevent quality problems from occurring. The SPC software is extremely user friendly. The automated alerts and e-mail options from the satellites allows for immediate feedback to all necessary departments. Also, the Uptime reliability of the network has been stellar.

DataLyzer is a key partner for Philips Healthcare. DataLyzer has implemented a SPC/OEE solution which is used to monitor the complete plant. The SPC and OEE solution collect data automatically from machines which saves a huge amount of time to monitor the plant within Manufacturing and analyze the data for Product and Process Development and to comply to FDA regulations.

Novi Spring has been pleased with the product and appreciate the customer Service we receive.

Novi Spring INC., currently use this system daily and appreciate that we have had many customizations that we requested and have been implemented with the help from John Hall and his team. When we have issues which is rarely the customer service is readily available and has met or exceeded our requests.
Desventajas
Novi Spring has very few cons regarding the soft ware and program. If there is one con it would be the number of revisions/ updates that seem to of occurred but even this has been managed and seems to be streamlined recently.

CEP Technologies is an ISO-TS16949 certified and the software has supported every requirement that was necessary to comply with the standard plus it helps the company to save money by monitoring the products more closely.

The software is easy to use and it can be customized in different ways depending on what is needed. CEP Technologies uses it daily to monitor SPC and is currently very pleased with the results of using the product. Datalizer has provided an excellent customer service when requested which has made the use of the software a lot easier and convenient.
