Also the ability to send a control alt delete command remotely and to access my desktop via the app on my iphone. It also allows me to access both screens on my home pc by toggling left and right. We no longer needed it and have not used it in Months. I did not cancel in time and the auto renewal hit. I called them a week after it renewed to let them know I will not be using the service and they said I basically did not have a choice as the service will remain active for an entire year and they will not refund. Be leary\!\! If I did business this way, my company would not be in business. Take care of your clients and they take care of you.
