It is very powerful as a database and has a lot of neat features once you get a hang of how to use it. Long wait times for helpful responses, no real resolution for other issues that were pretty substantial blockers. It's also just NOT very intuitive to use, in my opinion. I've had to do a lot of my own research on features in order to get it to work for me. If I had my druthers, I'd probably use other products for some of the user cases that I'm currently using it for, even though that would be at a greater cost. Also, I think more of the baseline AI functions should be included in the paid seats as opposed to as an exorbitant add on. There are no live chat-with-a-human options, getting in touch via email can also be a struggle, and no ability to call unless you're at a certain payment tier.
