> **Puntos a favor**: Vevox's intuitiveness and flexibility has made onboarding staff a breeze. We don't get a lot of support requests about Vevox, and students like the interactive sessions they are taking part in.

> **Desventajas**: The only real negative is that the PowerPoint integration lags behind the dashboard for new features, which can occasionally cause confusion, and we have had a few issues with the integration that are at the Microsoft 365 end but end users perceive as Vevox not working as they expect.

> Overall it's been very positive. The Customer Support team are easy to contact and very responsive. I see features in the product that I submitted as feature requests.  Our engagement from staff has exceeded all expectations, which I think says it all.

Super easy access for audience - scan of a QR code took audience directly to open poll.
Helpful, friendly tech, support and sales team.

Limitations of the congress system in the expo centre prevented us from integrating live polls within PowerPoint slides, necessitating manual live switching between polls.

> Vevox proved to be a valuable tool for enhancing audience engagement and real-time interaction during our recent EAPC World Congress, which took place at the Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre. 
With live polls, surveys and word clouds, Vevox provided a dynamic platform that encouraged participation both before and during congress. Its intuitive interface helped create a more interactive atmosphere, and real-time feedback from plenaries allowed us to gain insights into participant priorities and sentiments.
From the sales to the support team, the staff at Vevox have been super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would highly them.

> **Puntos a favor**: The anonymous surveys and polls - we no longer have access to Teams polls features and I think it makes a real difference when people can contribute online in this way.

> **Desventajas**: It's sometimes a little difficult to get people to use it and participate but not a result of the Vevox platform of course.

> We only use on certain events and this is very much decided for us by our design team but as a facilitator team we are very happy with the experience and gives our events a mix of activities.  I know ,y colleagues all consider using Vevox further when we get to think about implementing the events when they're introduced.
