Although seemingly minor, addressing this design flaw is of significant importance.In terms of API support, Breezeway does offer the functionality to push/pull data. However, the available APIs are currently limited to select datasets. To further enhance their capabilities, it is imperative for Breezeway to develop additional APIs that enable the seamless integration of any data entered through the user interface via the API endpoints. With Breezeway, we’ve built everything out so thoroughly that we can answer just about any guest question without even stepping into the unit—which saves our front desk a tremendous amount of time, especially during peak season. The interface is also incredibly easy to use and simple to train on, making it seamless for our entire team to get up to speed quickly. We’re also in the process of completing the safety training, which really helps set us apart in such an important area. Their customer service is top-notch—quick to respond, and if something can’t be easily handled over email, they’ll schedule time to walk through it with you so you fully understand. We’re especially excited about the Kaba door lock systems integration and have high hopes it will make our check-in process even smoother. And the digital guide is truly above the rest—it makes it incredibly easy to provide clear, helpful information for guests. > > **Desventajas**: Not being able to close tasks directly from the schedule view—though this is more a future feature suggestion.
