It is not well designed and there are numerous glitches with trying to get it to be as robust a program as we need. I have spoken with higher level technicians about this and they agree that the features we need would be great to have, but they don't yet exist and they put in requests for software updates, but I have no reason to expect that these will ever actually happen. > > Calling in to regular tech support (for which I pay a monthly fee) is rarely rewarding. They only have the pat answers and protocols that they know to do for different error codes. The simplicity of different aspects makes it less stressful as well. Customer service is also a big plus. When we have an issue, they are quick to starting figuring out what the problem may be. > > **Desventajas**: It's hard to say what I like least about Avimark because our clinic does not utilize all the various features. We still do quite a bit of things the old school way. I know of some of the extensive features that I'm sure for larger clinics it works well for. > > My overall experience with Avimark is great.
