The lack of access to support and how they field questions is my biggest complaint. After 23 years of practice, I have used everything from Epic, Cerner, Sunrise, Allscripts, etc. and I find this platform to be inferior. Would also love to have the ability to customize what info they person has to put in when booking an appointment as birthday and gender would be great to have right at the start. I would also love the ability to customize the appointment confirmation screen with a personal message. Many don't realize they will get an email and that they need to set up an account to complete their paperwork. Last, navigation is a little clunky.
