Youzer is an online IT and SaaS account management and monitoring software that helps companies to allocate the relevant tools to their employees and control the use of SaaS apps within their IT system. IT, HR, and managers can manage and automate the provisioning of IT resources for users, accounts creation/deactivation, anomaly detection, cost analysis, and IT security from a single, centralized dashboard.

A Youzer profile can be created for each new onboarding employee which specifies their role, manager, and location, and allows them to access all the software and tools they need to perform their work. External service providers such as accountants, consultants, volunteers or temporary workers can also be incorporated as a user. A selection of tools is provided in order to prepare the resource options to be allocated to each user, and Youzer automates the creation of accounts, provision of resources and communication of access codes. Notifications are sent to HR and IT managers in advance about every new employee’s date of arrival, eliminating surprises.

Youzer provides IT, HR, and managers with centralized access to all IT system users. A comprehensive user list allows them to know in real time who has access to which resources, and directly modify the access rights of a particular user. Organizations can also see the number of users allocated to each software, and compare the resources assigned to users with the same role in order to adapt the accounts of each user. Features for employee offboarding ensure that access isn't left open to employees who have left the company through pre-programmed, automatic suspension of resources on departure dates.

Tools for cost control allow companies to determine the cost of each resource, check invoices, and view usage details for each software account. Youzer diagnostics provide information on any unused accounts, allowing organizations to adjust the number of licences or subscriptions according to the number of employees using that resource. Tools for IT security enable IT, HR, and managers to define and approve access conditions to software resources, and get immediate alerts on errors that may affect the security of company information.

Account creation was painfull before : it took some days, with mispells. Now it's fast and the managers get exactly what they ask for.
And we don't have any forgotten accounts anymore because Youzer reminds us to delete the accounts when an employee leaves.

I didn't set it up (my IT did) but as a "normal" user, it's very easy to use.

Youzer sends me a reminder when an employee is about to arrive in my company. I just have a few buttons to click and there you go, the accounts for this user are all created. I don't need to wait for my IT departement to create them (they have more valuable tasks to work on).

I'm waiting for the hardware management workflow improvements. because I want to be able to select a specific hardware bundle for each employee. This feature is said to be released in september 2018.

I manage 10 customers : that means 10 AD, 5 Gsuite instances, 5 Office 365 instances. With Youzer I'm able to create accounts on those 20 workspaces with one tool. Awesome :)

I use the multi-tenant option to manage all the accounts of all my customers. Setup was fine. I found the connectors I was looking for : Active Directory, GSuite, Office 365. I don't need more :)

At the begining I had difficulties to understand the way the Active Directory connector would work , but then I found the agent.

Once you have set up your youzer's account, it becomes extremely easy to create and suspend user access. The tool acts as a real assistant (notification, error prevention) and we see very quickly the effects on our business.

• The self service catalog is pretty useful - clear forms and easy to set
• Automation features are impressive and simple to use

• Reporting and Dashboard are a little bit limited compared to some other systems... they give a basic overview.
• I needed more feedbacks on my actions
