Feedier is a customer survey and feedback collection tool designed to engage customers and gamify the feedback delivery process by incentivizing and rewarding customers for their time. Users can collect actionable feedback by leveraging the intelligent and interactive platform with built-in rewards and engagement programs. Key features include template and bot creation, campaign management, branded surveys, embeddable widgets, and reports and analytics. Feedier enables customers to access clean, branded surveys on any device.

The platform’s feedback carrier enables users to take advantage of pre-defined templates or Feedier’s creation bot to create customized campaigns. Organizations can apply their branding by including their logo, colors, and a custom cover image, and customize even further by adding a custom domain, intro content, as well as change the language. Users can schedule and activate their carrier for a specific date range to reach audiences at the perfect time. Businesses can send out personalized emails to contact lists, or custom texts to phone numbers worldwide which can be imported into Feedier or inserted manually. Configurable widgets can be inserted into websites or web apps to encourage feedback directly, without having to leave the site.

Feedier supports a variety of flexible question types including short and long text, slider, NPS score, and select. A satisfaction filter displays the relevant questions to the appropriate users based on how satisfied they are with the product or service, and Feedier does the matching. Users can also define conditions and set extensive question flows based on the customer's previous replies, as well as add gamification. Businesses can reward users with vouchers and coupons while controlling winning probability, and include custom files to users along with the reward emails such as special invites or exclusive content. Brands can also reward real money and send it via PayPal with a distribution limit and defined probability.

Features for targeted engagement include 5-star rating and follow buttons, testimonials from happy customers, and subscriber list management. Complete individual reports are created for each customer, with powerful analytics. Additional Feedier features include a keyword explorer, automatic insights, dynamic filters, real-time data, crossed data, roles management, notifications, secure billing, REST API, webhooks, and more.

A tool worth adding to a company's arsenal

I find it pretty straight forward to use and with a feature set that really meets my needs for quick and easy surveys/polls.

It isn't a direct replacement for a tool like Survey Monkey, but it does offer a format this, in many ways, more attractive and could well result in a far higher response so in that respect it could be a real winner.

Feedier results in very attractive survey/polls that are a little bit different to your standard Surveymonkey-style survey. When I say different I mean in a good way, as Feedier is likely to appeal far more to visitors than a boring survey form.

There's a lot I liked about the user-interface. Adding questions and adjusting settings is relatively straight forward, although there are a few tweaks that I feel would improve this somewhat (see below).

The support has always been top class from Feedier and it is clear that this is a company that is passionate about creating a product that will be loved by its users. This makes a pleasant change from the often faceless mega corps.

The analytics side of things is good, although I do think it is one area that could be improved and I am sure it is something that the developers will be working on over the coming months and years.

Although I mentioned above that I like the user-interface, I do find that there are some settings that are buried away and are not necessarily intuitive to find. I think there are also times when too many clicks are required to dig down to where you want to be, although I suspect some of these usability tweaks will be forthcoming in future versions.

Another problem I did have was that I was being forced into using some of the gamification-style features when the kind of audience I interact with would not appreciate such 'fun' features.

- Reward functions to make the customer and ourselves happy: Files, messages (e.g. for sign up details), money or vouchers
- Unintrusive engagement functions after completing the survey: ask for sign up for ones newsletter, ask for a rating on platforms of your choice, ask for social media following, ask for a testimonial
- Completely brandable with own company design at the top tier plan
- Setup a different CNAME for every feedback survey
- How easy it is to set everything up -> just click and choose

Puntos en contra

- For some clients, the playful look and feel of the surveys are phenomenal, for others they may be a bit too fancy. I would like to have different templates with cleaner and more professional versions.
- It would be great to have the ability to disable unnecessary extra information like "last question" and "you're the fastest respondent".
- Furthermore, I like to display the ratings and the answers to the feedback surveys on my website in a comprehensive but clean way. At the moment it is only possible to display the overall rating.

I've heard that they are working on each of this cons. After implementation this software will be perfect for my needs!!

They are very personable. They are working hard to make it a great platform. They are willing to hear feedback. And so far they seem intent on sticking with it to make it the "go to" platform for feedback.

I think it's important that you get feedback from new products that people have paid for. This feedback gives you an immediate reality check on whether you've hit the mark or not. Of course that assumes you are measuring what matters most to the customer. Feedier makes it easy to set up any questions you want.

Im wanting more integration with my other platforms. For example, I want to be able to have a WordPress widget that will rotate my testimonials on a page. I want to be able to tag those testimonials and have the widget only display testimonials with a certain tag so they are pertinent to the topic. That said, I also want to direct the person to write testimonials that appeal to a theme. Right now I cant do that. For example I want to be able to have a question that says "What is different in your life now that you are using X product-service?" and I might want a question like "What would you tell someone who is on the fence about X product-service?" the answer to these are unique and would be used in only in the appropriate page on my website depending on the "proof" Im trying to convey.

I love the survey presentation is professional, mobile-friendly, and customized to use with my clients.

Puntos a favor

I love that you can connect a sub-domain to your survey (aka carrier) so you're left with a professional looking domain like survey.acme.com.

You have the option of white-labeling the survey to make it look like a custom solution (great for agencies).

Feedier integrates into Zapier which opens up many possibilities for alerting team members and stakeholders and recording data.

It's incredibly easy to ask happy customers to post a review on a review site like TripAdvisor, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and the list goes on.

This one is the best...Feedier gives you the ability to reward your customer AFTER they submit their feedback (so you're not bribing your customers to leave a review) in the form of a voucher, downloadable asset, a coupon, etc.

There are some parts of the survey I would like to customize but currently don't have the option of altering.

The language to describe what certain features do is sometimes hard to understand because they are not written clearly, therefore, it makes it hard to see the value of a feature.
