While I'm open to pay, it's free for my demand and it brings more value than expected for a free software.
Desventajas
A few functions that I imagine are missing. But not sure if other users share the same view.
Sometimes it takes a little while to load.

Lack of reporting, hard to use, hard to customize, taken forever to get anywhere near the proposed ROI.

We are having an issue with NTASK syncing among multiple users. For example, our Quote Que workspace is primarily shared/used by three individuals. On Friday one person made a task as ‘IN PROGRESS’ but the other users saw that same task as ‘NOT STARTED’ and began working on it. This caused it so that we had multiple people unknowingly working on the same task.
We need a remedy for this – This problem is/was the whole reason we switched to NTASK.
Shouldn’t NTASK be synced across all users?
Can you help us fix this?

Great productivity tool

I like the task management, reporting , time tracking, note taking features of nTask. I have been using nTask for a year and its going amazing so far. Best of all, most of important features are free !
Desventajas
I think the web application of nTask is not desinged well. Its need some improvement from users point of view. Also the mobile app is not that much good. The mobile app can be improvised so that it can attract more customers by providing good customer experience
