> **Desventajas**: Customizability for user errors. Some mistakes may be made and couldn't be altered. Records are locked for security reasons which is great but adding a feature that maybe requires records being changed/updated to be approved by a secondary (admin) user.

> I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10. It functioned well for our needs and after a few uses became easy to track and work with.

> **Desventajas**: I didn't like that in the event there's was an issue we had to submit trouble tickets and usually it took awhile to get it fixed as well as sometimes having issues accessing the site.

> I like it like I said great and easy to use especially when receiving shipping out items. I would recommend to any company.
