I've become very familiar with the program over the last 12 years. The templates save a lot of time, and the illustrations really help explain conditions found in the home, even to the most novice home buyer. > > **Desventajas**: There's no capability to upload videos to Horizon. Uploading the videos to YouTube, then adding the link to the report is a work-around, but it would be more useful to be able to have it directly in the report. Especially to non-tech savy clients, who don't use YouTube or any other apps. Also, I've never understood how a Canadian company, bills in US dollars, AND charges GST on the invoice. I've had a couple offers from other companies to try their software and after using their trial version, It's quite easy to see the difference between the various types of software. My client always tell me how easy the report is to read and navigate trough it. The report look very professional and this software is super easy to use. User friendly and updated with great diagrams and information for customers is hands down the best\! I will continue to use them regardless of the price because I like paying for quality as do my clients for quality inspections and reports. > > **Desventajas**: I honestly have no cons about the software. The price tends to be a bit higher than some but paying for quality is a no brainer.
