All FSRs love it and prefer it over Express Change. I would like to see the FSR enter the denominations every day. Basically I would the end of day procedure to be forced on all FSR. The currency rates module get its rates from a reliable source via a .NET web services that I actually helped developing. CXR has all the professional features which companies must have to attend the customers, for accoutability, compliance purpose, stock take, easy balancing, KYC, easy back up of data, friendly technical support team, it keeps log of all the activity, one can customise this software as per the need, send warning messages to the branches, the best thing - it is user friendly and there are many more. Using CXR i can keep an eye on my staff's behaviour, review the transaction, check the customers against the goverment black listed people, easy to find the money laundering behaviours.
