I don't have any complaints, as any and all questions I have get answered and resolved effectively. > > I switched to WellnessLiving from MindBody after MindBody's service became almost non-existent, but at the same time it grew in price exponentially. WellnessLiving welcomed me and made the transition for my studio with thousands of clients very easy. They were with me every step of the way to ensure all my questions were answered. That was more than 2 years ago. Since then I have enjoyed their continuous support, very quick response and immediate attention to every question I had (and I had a lot of question while learning the new to me software). The software is very customer friendly and responsive, and the company continues to work hard to make it even better. They seamlessly incorporate new technologies and stay abreast of the innovations.
