WellnessLiving es una solución todo en uno de reserva online, programación de recursos, generación de clientes potenciales y creación de informes para empresas centradas en la salud y el bienestar. Diseñado para establecimientos de bienestar como estudios de yoga, spas, salones, entrenamiento personal, gimnasios de fitness, estudios de pilates y clubes de baile, WellnessLiving proporciona las herramientas que los usuarios necesitan para gestionar sus tareas comerciales diarias, empleados, membresías, ventas, marketing y más.

La experiencia del cliente permite reservar clases o tratamientos online a través de las aplicaciones móviles nativas de Android e iOS, Facebook o directamente a través del listado de categorías de WellnessLiving, generado automáticamente. Los clientes pueden usar la aplicación móvil WellnessLiving para reservar citas, pagar servicios y escribir reseñas, así como compartir sus experiencias en Facebook. Una vez realizadas las reservas, las notificaciones y confirmaciones se envían automáticamente a los clientes y al personal a través de SMS o correo electrónico. La comunicación posterior a la reserva es fácil con la función de SMS.

Desde el backend de WellnessLiving, los empleados y la administración pueden gestionar los horarios de clases o eventos sincronizando los datos en todas las plataformas para que los horarios estén siempre actualizados. Los usuarios pueden crear su tienda online usando el asistente WellnessLiving y comenzar a vender online al instante. Incluye una función POS que facilita el procesamiento de tarjetas de crédito, los pagos recurrentes y las retiradas de membresía automáticas. Los empleadores también pueden usar herramientas de gestión del personal para programar turnos, administrar nóminas, supervisar el desempeño del personal, calcular sueldos y más.

Destaco bastante el aspecto que tiene y lo sencillo que se ve por lo que lo hace muy intuitivo además de que permite hacer seguimientos precisos a los clientes que manejamos.

Desventajas

Aveces presenta fallas en las cuales el soporte al cliente no es tan bueno para lar resolución de las mismas.

I've been with Wellness Living for about 2 ½ years now. I've used multiple softwares at my gym in the past including EZ Facility, Zen Planner, and Mindbody. I've definitely had experience with other options. I must tell you, I have no intention of ever going back. Wellness Living has outperformed every other service I've ever used on every level.
Every other service expected me to change my business to accommodate their software! That seemed crazy to me. Wellness Living adapted their software to my business's needs. That was huge for my business. On top of that, the app is fantastic, it works seamlessly and my clients love the ease of use for booking an appointment and purchasing additional services and products. Their support is second to none if I have a question or an issue it's never difficult to find someone and get it resolved quickly. The reporting is completely customizable which I love. The rewards program is easy to implement and has been fantastic for incentivizing the behaviors that grow our gym. The SEO boost I received from starting with Wellness Living has been great and made my job MUCH easier. Along the digital lines, I also have to say that their data migration was the easiest I've ever experienced. They handled everything. If you've ever experienced the typical nightmare of data migration you know how huge a benefit that is.

Not great. Not sure about the upgrades they did on their roadmap because it was cumbersome. Trying to cancel was impossible. Couldn't get an exit interview at a time that worked for me and when I could it was going to take over a half hour of sales tactics that I didn't have time for.

Lots of reports. Clean looking. CRM is amazing and customizable.Shared accounts between family. Easy to link and move credits. Great for packages & series.

Desventajas

Too big for a small business. Things didn't work right, like gift certificates. Screwed up every single time. There were some I couldn't find. I couldn't send anyone to purchase online. The search function contained a large number of filters but didn't seem to filter the results properly.Balances on accounts were sometimes difficult to manage. Getting answers from the online help database was ridiculous. You look for something and you have to filter through tons of articles that had nothing to do with the issues you were searching for. If you find what you are looking for, save it in a word doc because you will never find it again.

Wellness Living is an intuitive software that allows us to do everything we need to do to run our programs. Ease of scheduling, tracking, reports, automated client reminders, payments, and marketing! I rarely need customer service because the software is so user friendly, but if I do I know I will get help and answers from friendly customer service agents. Thank you, Wellness Living Team!
