Easy to navigate the dashboard. On-boarding was super easy as they set it all up for you and walk you through everything. Tons of features (without being overwhelming) that other services like Yotpo charge a fortune for. We get instant website feedback from customers right as they place their orders which is invaluable. Pop-ups, winback emails, abandoned cart, the reviews themselves that allow the customers to post pictures with their reviews. All of it. I think that if you are with Yotpo and are looking to move because they quoted you some astronomical amount to move your User Generated Content game up a level then TargetBay would be for you.
