Great customer service from the start. The team is exceptionally helpful in working with us to understand our needs and solve problems. Good training to get us set up and running. The reporting and analytics are very flexible and straightforward.
Desventajas
Before 9Lenses updated the service, the process to publish, test and distribute a survey was a little complex, but they have streamlined it now to solve those issues.
