Overall, Booqable has made my booking process way easier and more organized. I can set up rentals, block dates, take payments, and keep my team in the loop without having to jump between different tools. The flexibility is a big win for me — whether I’m creating a quick booking, adding last-minute services, or sending a custom payment link for just part of the total, it adapts to whatever I need on the spot.
It’s fast, reliable, and does exactly what I need most of the time. Yeah, there are a few things I wish were better — like prettier email templates and a more detailed iCal feed — but those are more “nice to have” than dealbreakers. For the price, and considering how much time it’s saved me, I’m pretty happy with it.
Puntos a favor
Booqable is super easy to use — seriously, you don’t need to be a tech genius to figure it out. I can add rentals or services in seconds, block out dates on the calendar, and keep everything organized without stressing. The payment setup is awesome too — I can send customers a link for either a partial or full payment, which makes closing a booking way faster.
Inventory management is straightforward, and I love the iCal subscription so I can share the booking calendar with my team and everyone stays in the loop. Performance is solid — no lag, updates happen instantly. Security feels on point too, since payments go through Stripe and everything’s encrypted.
For the price, it’s a really good deal considering it replaces a bunch of other tools I’d otherwise have to juggle. Support has been quick and friendly whenever I’ve needed help. And honestly, I haven’t run into any big bugs or issues — it’s just been reliable from day one.
Desventajas
The thing I like least is that email notifications to clients can only be set up using markdown. It works, but it’s pretty limiting. I wish they’d allow HTML so I could send a nice, professional-looking email when someone books with me. That extra polish would go a long way in making clients feel even more confident about their booking.
The iCal subscription could also use some love — right now it only shows the departure time and a link. It’d be way more useful if it included all the booking notes so I didn’t have to click through to see details.
I’ve been using Zapier to fill in the gaps, but that ends up giving me two notifications for the same booking. It’s a bit messy… but honestly, I’ll take that over having no extra info at all.

Booqable has been a game-changer for my rental business. It makes inventory management, availability tracking, and online bookings so much easier and more professional. I love being able to manage rentals, deposits, and scheduling all in one place. The platform is user-friendly, customizable, and integrates well with my website. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend Booqable for anyone running a rental-based business.

Puntos a favor
Fast loading speed even though we have hundreds of equipment. Ability to hide equipment and reuse the equipment/site year over year without have to input the data again.
Desventajas
That you have to use one of their templates and you honestly need to know some code to get it done. I had to have our website specialist to get this up and running smoothly. Inputting the equipment is super time consuming if it does not fall under their two upload options and their team can only help with so much.

I set up the website for our community lending library using the Website Builder feature and it has been a blessing. We are so happy that we don't need to use Excel files or handwritten notes to manage the inventory and lending process. Everyone who sees our site comments on how simple the process it and it's been received very well in our community.
Puntos a favor
I'm very grateful for the super fast and helpful customer assistance via email. The team provides relevant and easy to follow guidelines to answer my questions. I also find the online video tutorials to be extremely efficient, especially since they are referred to within the platform itself. There are links to the videos at various locations so it's very easy to access immediate guides.
Desventajas
My only complaint so far is that they don't support right-to-left languages so it makes our website less visually appealing to the public. Another issue is that the difference between the plans isn't so obious so it's a little unclear at first which plan is the right one to sign up to.

This is great value for your money, they listen to their customers and make improvements to their app.
Desventajas
The search function can be buggy. It won't yield the correct search results.
Also, we wish we could use a different merchant; Stripe's turnaround time is horrible. Square pays the next day, Stripe could be a week.
