All emails are sent with the reply to as the primary email address on file. Not a huge deal and we were able to find a workaround that worked for us. The site design isn't as clean as some of the other solutions that are out there but the benefit of the functionality far outweighs that issue. I would rather have something that works as it should then have something that looks pretty but doesn't perform. I love that even in the short time I have used it (almost 2 years) it has changed so much, but in a way that makes it easier to use. Being able to create my own drop-down lists for different event fields has been extremely helpful.
