SolarWinds saved the day when disaster struck one of our clients, we were able to restore everything quickly and easily as if nothing had happened. Common backup and rescue media is easy to create. Customer support was easy to deal with. We have experienced no issues using SolarWinds Backup and recommend it to all of our clients.
Puntos a favor
SolarWinds Backup is easy and efficient to use. The web interface is easy to use. Just simply install on the devices and you are ready to go. You own your own data. There are no storage limits which is an asset.
Desventajas
There are a few limits on the scheduling features but we have managed to work around them.

Cloud backup that works well for Hyper-V or VMWare.

Our Hyper-V backups work very well. We get a daily report about each backup with detailed analytics and information. We love the cost and value of the product as well as the peace of mind of having immutable backups off-site. It also allows for a local "Speed vault" so local copies of the backups can be used for quick restores.
Desventajas
I misunderstood some of the initial setup of the product and was using it incorrectly. My fault, but support made me aware of the changes I needed to make and now we have it humming right along!

I feel that the data I handle is secure. I use Cove Data every day. I'm also very happy to be able to offer my clients the assurance that their information is protected, so they trust us.
Backups are part of our day-to-day business, and having the automatic saves us a lot of time.
Of course, or workstations are protected against incidents and eventualities. That's great.
Puntos a favor
It is very fast to set up the whole backup procedure. I think the first time it took me about an hour. I can say that the interface is intuitive and easy to use. This seems to me key a security oriented software because we should not make mistakes in its configuration.
The reports are daily. I always check them to have a control of what is happening with the company's data.
Of course, the data encryption is great, I fell that the company's information is secure.
Desventajas
The backups take a long time to do and consume a lot of internet resources. And sometimes the process is interrupted. It's not such a big deal because we do backups daily, but it's a latent concern I have so I prefer to always monitor the process and read the reports day by day.

tried this tool to have it integrated with other SolarWinds products and its a pretty decent solution.

There are better products out there with more features and alesser cost.

Easy to deploy, reliable, works well with minimal setup or intervention
Desventajas
Could do with more settings and flexibility, namely a way to limit upload speeds so that backups don't totally saturate a customer's bandwidth. Support was not good - billing issues went on for months with no resolution.
