> **Puntos a favor**: The interface of the system is quite user-friendly and flexible. Also, setting up the campaign for monitoring is fairly easy and intuitive even for the first time. Simple layout of the functions as well as overall intuitive interface makes this platform very good tool to be run in few minutes and gather some valuable data. Furthermore, the data visualization as well as reporting of the platform is amazing, so you get the data you need laid out in a very accessible and easy to analyse way. It's also fair to mention that sentiments analysis of the platform as well as alerting is very good part of it.

> **Desventajas**: So far, we haven't seen any issues with the platform or drawbacks. It does everything it's suppose to do on a good level.

> As described above, the overall experience is very good. We are actively using the platform and it has given us some valuable data already. So, simply go for it if you need some social media listening tool. At least, go for the trial and I don't think you will be disappointed.
