The staff are fantastic, very accommodating and take your ideas on boards. We have had no major issues since starting to use the software and feel reassured by the security in place considering the sometimes sensitive nature of the information held. We had looked at other software providers in our search for finding one that would fit our requirements and the one month free trial was an added bonus and the overall value for money cannot be beaten. > > **Desventajas**: I wouldn't class it as a con so much, there are small features that we would like added but the staff at ecasework are happy to take our ideas on board and see if they can marry them into the software.
