> **Puntos a favor**: We've used other CRMs, but have never been so successful as we have with Claritysoft. &#10;Everyone is adding emails from Outlook and/or sending them directly from Claritysoft. &#10;We're saving important documents straight to Lead, Opportunities and Accounts. &#10;Email templates help out. &#10;Activities are easily created through Action Plans and Automated Workflows.

We have used other CRMs in the past that were not right for our small-mid sized company needs and were too expensive. We've been using Claritysoft for several years now and are very happy with the product. They take every suggestion into consideration for future upgrades. IT support always gets back to you same day, sometimes moments after reaching out.

The workflow is inefficient and not designed for high-volume sales activity. Additionally, the system is painfully slow — if I accidentally click on a closed activity, I’m stuck waiting 10–12 seconds for it to load before I can get back to what I was doing. These delays add up and make it very difficult to stay productive.

I spend hours every day clicking through multiple screens just to gather basic customer information that should be visible in one place. The system allowed us to get up and running quickly and tailor modules to fit our exact needs. It brought much-needed organization to our client and prospect management, and we were able to implement a quoting process within the CRM that significantly reduced the time it takes us to generate and process quotes. The customer support is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

> **Desventajas**: Modifying the sales and quote templates wasn't as intuitive as we had hoped. It required assistance from customer support to get everything set up correctly. That said, we're glad that Claritysoft offers customization services and that their team was available to walk us through the process when needed.
