Everyone is adding emails from Outlook and/or sending them directly from Claritysoft. We're saving important documents straight to Lead, Opportunities and Accounts. Email templates help out. Navigation isn’t very intuitive, buttons and menus are difficult to tap accurately, and some features that work fine on the desktop version are frustrating or nearly unusable on mobile. It would be a big improvement if the app was redesigned to be more responsive and mobile-friendly, especially for anyone who needs to check or update information while out of the office. > > Overall my experience with Claritysoft CRM has been pretty mid but it gets the job done.
