This doesn't create a professional looking intake note like the other system I used. No ability to write a formal short note about a phone session, or missed sessions when you void the invoice you can't document it. Can't send attachments in an email via this site that I don't want to make available to all clients. The billing feature pages are very confusing and can be very overwhelming. The measures offered are limited and personally I don't want to have to input them and/or recreate them and it doesn't allow me to send specific measures to individual clients. In the end, I chose CounSol for their impressive customer support. Other platforms expect you to do-it-yourself in terms of creating the forms you want in your EHR. CounSol staff will take a form you already like, in what ever state it is already in, and make it accessible for your clients in your EHR. Also, with other platforms, when you have a problem, you submit it to a help line. At CounSol, you are assigned one customer service representative who is available to you. My person hasn't changed in all the time I have been with the company, and when he went on maternity leave, I was assigned a different support person. He always answers my questions in a timely way\! > > **Desventajas**: The platform for video sessions does not allow people to log in from two separate locations. I understand the company is working on fixing that. Some of the other platforms are somewhat less expensive but I am not sure it is worth the trade off because what you save in a few dollars less, you will spend in your time trying to customize your platform and fix your problems in ways that CounSol staff will help you with. > > Terrific. As a private practice therapist, I spend most of my day meeting with clients and documenting my work in CounSol. I experience CounSol as a reliable co-worker who is really efficient at her job\!
