The interface was slick and easy. We got about 100 applications for an admin/bookkeeper position within a week. The applications were of varying quality, but that's nothing to do with Betterteam -- that's just the "click to apply" world we live in now. (About a tenth of the applicants bothered to write a cover letter -- come on people\!)
