Sobre Betterteam

Betterteam es una herramienta de contratación basada en la nube que está diseñada para pequeñas empresas que permite a los usuarios gestionar todo el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin. Los usuarios pueden crear anuncios de trabajo, publicar y anunciar vacantes en múltiples portales de empleo, agregar portales de carreras profesionales a sus propios sitios web, aceptar solicitudes online, seleccionar y supervisar candidatos y mucho más.

Betterteam proporciona a los usuarios una plataforma centralizada para administrar anuncios en múltiples bolsas de trabajo, incluidas LinkedIn, Monster e Indeed. Los anuncios de trabajo se pueden crear con el generador de anuncios de tipo "apuntar y hacer clic". Este sugiere automáticamente las habilidades y responsabilidades requeridas en función de los títulos y descripciones de los puestos de trabajo. También es posible agregar portales y tablones de empleo a los sitios web de la empresa sin necesidad de tener conocimientos de programación, con el diseñador de tipo arrastrar y soltar y una gama de plantillas listas para dispositivos móviles. Una vez recibidas las candidaturas, los usuarios pueden gestionar a todos los candidatos en una ubicación centralizada. Betterteam también permite que los usuarios realicen acciones sobre los candidatos desde su bandeja de entrada de correo electrónico, mediante la compatibilidad con distintos clientes de correo electrónico, como Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail y más.

Qualified and diverse candidates started flowing almost immediately. Within 24 hours, I had close to 100.

Desventajas

The initial set up was a little tricky with remote staff. I had to redirect applicants to company website. Options for ongoing relationship seem limited. As a small company, I don’t need a subscription, but would post as needed)

After using Betterteam with two former companies and now utilizing it in my new position, it has been a great addition to any recruiting efforts and is very beneficial for easy recruiting.

Puntos a favor

Easily post your positions to all the popular job boards and receive viable applicants without endlessly scrolling and sourcing or candidates. Save yourself some time and money by using Betterteam!

Desventajas

It would be nice if I could contact candidates directly from the Betterteam site to keep any candidate interaction organized to one software. It would also be nice if I could search/source candidate resumes through a database of candidates willing to be kept on file for search purposes.

my ad. PLEASE give a huge and generous applaud to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
....the BEST service reps that I have worked with in my recruitment position of over 20 years! They have assisted in contacting me back, no matter what I need, they are always willing and able to walk and talk me thru it! If possible I would highly recommend them for a "tops in service award" and if you don't have one, I would use them as a key role model to training any new hire you have. In comparison to Indeed, Betterteam are not just in a different league, but they are helpful, professional, do not hide behind tax breaks and aggressive sales strategies and most importantly, GET THIS you can actually get in touch with them. Amazing, something Indeed is not fond of, is the over paying customer getting customer service, no chance with Indeed.

So yes, happy with Betterteam and I will recommend all other contacts I have in the industry who use the in decline Indeed, that Betterteam is your man.

I run a massage studio, so finding qualified massage therapists in my area that is lacking in massage schools is a constant challenge for me. I needed to hire new therapists quickly and was coming up short on other platforms like Indeed and Facebook. I posted my job to Betterteam on a Monday and by Tuesday already had 3 applicants -- I hired two of them by the end of the week! 10/10 would recommend and use again. I love how they amplified my job posting literally EVERYWHERE and made it easy for me to get the word out in many different platforms. Thank you, Betterteam!

Desventajas

I wish there was a way I could view the resumes of qualified applicants and do a bit of head hunting on my own.
