> **Desventajas**: There is no way to be notified of a work order being approved by a customer other than to ask the customer to do an extra step.  It is very difficult to search for a person.  We should be able to search and find a work order/customer whether its in archive or not.  It would be nice to search a customer and see their entire history.

> I usually have no problem getting an answer when I ask.  However, I feel that Coolfront is not willing to look into changes or upgrades based on user suggestions.  It's always "no, sorry, it doesn't do that."

It would be nice if admin had the ability to change the cost of parts and if each tech had a separate schedule.
