I love how you can switch between different views (grid, calendar, gallery, kanban) and build simple interfaces on top of your data, which makes everyday work feel smooth and actually enjoyable.

> **Desventajas**: The main disappointment for me is that Airtable focuses on exporting and importing data, but not really on exporting or importing the structure of a base. There’s no simple, native way to move a full schema (tables, fields, relationships) between workspaces or to back it up, so you often end up recreating the structure by hand or relying on scripts and workarounds.

> Overall, my experience with Airtable has been very positive, and it has become one of my favorite tools to work in every day. > **Desventajas**: While Airtable is a great product, the pricing is terrible. Here are two pricing traps to be aware of:
\* When you upgrade from a Team to Business plan, you cannot downgrade without deleting almost your entire base to a free plan. Then you can upgrade back to a Team plan.
\* The monthly usage does not reset even if you pay for a new month.
Customer service reached out to apologize for one bad interaction and claimed they would do something to make it right, but never did anything.

I especially appreciate how customizable it is. We’ve been able to shape it around the way our organization actually works instead of forcing our processes into rigid software. It gives us visibility across multiple moving parts without feeling overly technical.

Whatever project you're managing, I'm sure you could make Airtable work for you.

I jumped in assuming it functions like Excel or Google Sheets, without realizing how interconnected the data and fields really are. I paid the price by losing important data after I deleted info from one view not understanding it deletes it from every view in that sheet.

> Overall, I don't think my organization could properly function without a beefy, yet agile tool like Airtable. My boss asked me if our CRM could fully replace it and it was a clear "no" from me.
