MR also helps recruiters in making their job postings more interesting and unique while ensuring that candidates understand what is expected from them. The jobs can even be posted on the social networks for maximum coverage. Software’s intelligent analysis system matches candidates with the job descriptions and ranks them by their relevance, freeing recruiters from reading hundreds of resumes. Has a different operational method then other job boards. The resumes are shown without any contact information and name. Once we find the resume to be good fit, we can request for the contact details and only then a view is counted.
