ExpensePoint es una solución de gestión de gastos móviles para pequeñas y grandes empresas multinacionales que automatiza completamente los procesos de informe de gastos de los empleados. Las características incluyen lectura e imágenes de recibos, enrutamiento de aprobación, carga de tarjeta de crédito y cumplimiento de políticas. La plataforma da servicio a todos los mercados globales y es accesible a través de cualquier navegador web o dispositivo móvil Android o iOS.
La plataforma basada en la nube de ExpensePoint permite a los empleados crear, enviar, aprobar y procesar informes de gastos desde cualquier parte del mundo. Una vez que se crea el informe, cada gasto se ingresa, categoriza y codifica de acuerdo con los requisitos de la organización. La interfaz de usuario permite que las tarjetas de crédito corporativas se carguen directamente en la plataforma. Los usuarios pueden agregar imágenes fotográficas de los recibos a cada ítem de gasto, así como también enviar por fax, correo electrónico o subir imágenes escaneadas de los recibos.
ExpensePoint notifica a la persona encargada de la aprobación cada vez que se envía un informe. Una vez que los aprobadores inician sesión, obtienen acceso a todos los datos del informe de gastos, incluidos los recibos adjuntos, las políticas de gastos y más. Then I would say that on the long term it's gonna reduce the work of creating the report (waiting to see how the integration with our ERP works first!)

First everybody we talked to was very professional and very reactive on every requests we had (even proactive). Great Customer Support!
Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it's very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market.
The receipt reader is a feature that we really love.
We are using expense point since a little more than a month and our company is very pleased with it. I definitely recommend it.
We are still in the process of integrating expense point with our ERP and looking forward to it. That would saves us a great amount of time.
Desventajas
I don't have much cons because when we have a problem we notified the customer service that take care of it.
The only thing right now is that we are eager to have the Spanish Version!

The ExpensePoint team has been great. From the start of the process with [sensitive content hidden] who was my first contact, and [sensitive content hidden] who assisted with developing the setup and format, and [sensitive content hidden] who provided training of the program...it has been an easy and successful process. Our staff has been able to dive right in and start using the program with ease. Everyone I worked with at ExpensePoint has been attentive, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. My questions have always been handled in an efficient and friendly manner. We are pleased with the program and the level of support received to get us going, and the information that has been provided for support whenever we may need it.
