eSub makes it simple to produce documents such as submittals, RFIs, and Change Order Requests. Makes it easy to manage them as well, and stamp them with a status.
Desventajas
Mobile is not the most intuitive. Some jobs we do not use the cost features and it would be nice to disable them.

Maybe NOT AS MANY CUSTOM REPORTS AVAILABLE. SUBCONTRACTS WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD SAVE OUR WRITTEN CONTRACT AND WITH THE VENDOR CONTACT INFORMATION AND PRICING HAVE IT AUTO FILL TO OUR CUSTOM FORM....MAYBE YOU CAN DO THAT AND I JUST NEED MORE TRAINING TO UTILIZE IT.

The system works a lot better than it did a year ago. It used to take forever to open Timecard...
The system works a lot better than it did a year ago. It used to take forever to open Timecard Management or wouldn't open at all and I was having to manually enter payroll, but now I don't have that problem.

The export feature so time doesn't have to be manually entered in our Payroll system
Desventajas
I have to open each and every single job each week to save the Daily Reports and to know what jobs need to be included to export and it takes quite a bit of time. It would be nice if you could just populate daily reports created that week.

Product is very easy to use on the computer and on your phone. It is very user friendly and has great reports you can run.

I wish we could add pictures to our field notes on the computer

We love eSub! We left to try what we were led to believe would be the "best in class" platform and it could not hold a candle to eSub in almost every respect.

I believe the items we have issues with will be addressed in 2.0, eventually.
