> **Puntos a favor**: Audits scopes, plans and work-papers are intuitively designed. Supporting documents and field work are simple to attach where necessary. After comparing three options, the scalability and price-point were the final elements that sold it for us\!

> **Desventajas**: The only issues we faced were report generation. The auto reports may need adjusting to your requirements, and some programming knowledge is necessary. They do provide this service, but having your own IT is better. Overall, a minor issue.

> Pentana AuditMK eliminated the excessive use of spreadsheets for organizing, and the need for constant follow-up with auditees. Timeliness has improved, and it is easier for our Departments to respond.

It is fully configurable to meet individual needs and the support teams are best in class and highly responsive.

> **Desventajas**: As with any system there are drawbacks - Pentana doesn't always allow easy deletion or modification of parts of the audit universe should they become irrelevant in your organisation however the system has workarounds in place to mitigate this.

> Ideagen allows me to manage the audit function seamlessly through the ability to review and approve work at different stages of the audit process, through easy tracking and management of recommendations and scheduling the engagement priorities of the team

> **Puntos a favor**: The most positive side was the price point compared with the similar products. The implementation of the system went without further issues. The customer service is also good and fast\!

> **Desventajas**: The system is built in a way that do not allow customization to reduce the bureaucracy and number of clicks. Thus, if you have a team that are more horizontal and lean, the same person needs to click several time to be able to move forward in the tool. The reporting process is not so good since it requires coding instead of a drag and drop of fields. There are limitations on extracting an integrated report from the Pentana Audit system modules. The schedule is not nice to see and the report is quite limited.

> In overall, Pentana audit system works as expected. It could be easier and in a better layout (bigger buttons, less clicks, less information in the same page, and more intuitive).
