Some people say that there is a little bit of a learning curve. I look at it this way: \* using Unless teaches you some mandatory skills - how to identify your audiences and how to segment them \* you don't have to use everything at once. You can start with a simple personalization such as dynamic keyword insertion for PPC ads (that is what I did) and keep on building as time passes \* support is helpful and friendly. This is an absolute must for any type of software that you are serious about.
