The convenience of using Service Fusion on the go really makes the whole experience of using this app. The scheduling is extremely useful and can be integrated with multiple people. Service Fusion also connects with other business applications, making it universal and easy to integrate.

> It has been good but we cannot use the credit card system because it is unreliable. We're always needing to become compliant and are told that our deposits are on hold until we become compliant. We have to do this every few days. Also, the program is difficult to access.

> **Desventajas**: Difficulty in implementation, the speed of moving everything from our original CRM to the new platform.  On month four and it's still not completed, so we haven't yet been able to make the move to the new platform.

> At first we were excited about the new platform, but after four months of paying for our current platform (Jobber) and Service Fusion and not being able to implement it, the shine is wearing off.  The breaking point came yesterday when we discovered much to our chagrin that the job history could not be migrated.  We're talking 8 plus years of photos, job notes, everything.  We understood from the first meeting that this would be taken care of and during all these months of setup, we come to find out that won't be happening unless we do it ourselves manually.  We don't have the time or resources for that kind of thing and at $833 a month after exchange, I would think this should have been done for us.  Even their website states the following:&#10;&#10;As we start importing in the types of data (customers, equipment, job history), we will reach out to you at the end of each day and let you know the imports that have been completed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us, we will work with you to make any adjustments you see fit.&#10;&#10;Between this and other issues we've run across - such as clients with multiple properties not being migrated correctly (one property management company had 62 clients and only 1 was shown and no job history) it's been disappointing.  Rather than throw good money after bad, we're pulling the plug.  We've spent a lot of time working on getting it set up but can't continue investing time and money into a program that doesn't deliver what its own website states it does.  &#10;&#10;I've emailed customer service and our onboarding specialist, who by the way was professional and kind, but I have yet to hear back from anyone.  I'm really surprised by this and disappointed.  Even last week when they charged our card for $2500 with zero explanation (I can only assume it's for the next three months) and I emailed them asking about it - radio silence.  Really disappointing customer service and trying to cancel is turning out to be incredibly difficult\!  Even more disappointing that they have no way to migrate job history and it took us four months and so far about 4k to find out.

> **Desventajas**: I'm not sure where the dashboard is pulling information from.  For instance Estimates Converted To Jobs always says "0".

> It's been great. We used one other operating software and it was so difficult it never fully installed.  We could not get anyone to speak to us, it was horrible.  When we get marketers for similar products the first thing I do is review their set up and customer service.  Service Fusion can't be beat.

> **Puntos a favor**: Easy of managing accounts from the tech side to the customer side.  It is great platform for leaving techs notes for the jobs they are to perform.  It is easy to refer back to a previous job so the tech knows where to start the next time.  Love the communication with the customer through emails and text message.  Service Fusion records everything.

> **Desventajas**: When doing progress billing it is not easy to add late fees to the last invoice paid.  It tries to do the same percentage and then adds a credit to the invoice already paid.  It would be nice to have an edit button at the bottom of the customer page so you don't have to scroll up to the top every time.

> Very good.  Would recommend the program.  Has eliminated the paper process and is easier to keep track of jobs and techs.
