There is some issues when viewing job reports in the filter results - when you have selected the dates, then select a job within those dates and want to review other jobs in the same selected dates you must re-select the dates, there is no option to keep that same selection of dates. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered significant issues with their support and customer service recently. Our online booking form has been malfunctioning for over 72 hours, causing us to lose 50% of our traffic. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, our emails are ignored, and customer service only responds with vague promises of future assistance. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after many years of reliable service. We are now seriously considering alternative options.
